In order to improve the management and the services available, starting from January 1, 2023, TECNEL Technical Assistance is renewed and defines new methods of support in line with the specific needs of each customer. Thanks to these professional services, each customer can choose the most suitable formula for their business.


How to access the Technical Assistance Service

  • Working hours: 08:30-12:30 / 13:30-17:30
  • By sending an email to this account:
  • Shipping the material for repair: the goods receiving warehouse is active on weekdays with the following hours: 08:30-12:30 / 13:30-17:30. In the closing periods of the company (e.g. the month of August, the Christmas holidays) the withdrawal is guaranteed only by reservation
Service of Remote Assistance
  • To provide a quick and efficient technical support service in case of checks, verification of faults or instructions on new installations, you can activate the sharing of the Customer’s computer with one of our operators (e.g. via applications such as TeamViewer, anydesk…). The session will be interrupted once the check is complete.
  • Before enabling sharing, the Customer must verify with their network administrator that the operation is in accordance with the privacy and/or security policies of the network itself.
  • The service is guaranteed only by reservation.
