Installation
- Implementation and commissioning of systems according to the specifications provided in the executive design;
- Testing and fine tuning of the parameters involved;
- Equipment placement and basic configuration for remote reachability.
Maintenance and Support
- Management of hardware functionality of the installed base;
- Replacement according to SLA of failed parts and equipment;
- Acceptance of calls for service;
- Managing configurations of network equipment to enable new functions and services;
- Periodic analysis of the installed fleet to check topicality against expected performance;
- Submission of infrastructure upgrade plans.
