  • Equipment placement and basic configuration for remote reachability.
Maintenance and Support
  • Management of hardware functionality of the installed base;
  • Replacement according to SLA of failed parts and equipment;
  • Acceptance of calls for service;
  • Managing configurations of network equipment to enable new functions and services;
  • Periodic analysis of the installed fleet to check topicality against expected performance;
  • Submission of infrastructure upgrade plans.
