Frequently asked questions
How do you handle data and logs?
Technical logs are typically stored on the customer’s servers; any external services are activated only upon request. We operate in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Does the infrastructure need to be changed?
Not necessarily. We can reuse part of the existing network and systems, extending them where needed (DECT servers, access points, gateways). This is verified during the site survey.
Worker safety (Man Down): what does it include?
Terminals and sensors with fall and immobility detection, SOS functions, and—where supported—proximity and location tracking within defined areas. Immediate notifications to the team.
Room call system: is it compliant with VDE 0834?
When required, we provide systems and components compliant with VDE 0834 requirements. We assess the most suitable configuration for each ward, integrated with INFORMO IP.
