TREX is a notification device that enables wireless messaging for patient escape alerts in health care facilities. The wireless technology ensures rapid installation given the total absence of cables.
As the generated alarms are directly delivered to the TREX unit, maximum mobility is ensured for operators, nurses and OSS, within the health care facility, without the need for on-site attendance. In fact, the alarm is notified wherever he/she is within the facility.
The origin of the alarm, i.e. which monitored passageway was breached, and possibly the identity of the escaped patient, is shown on the device’s screen, making the operator able to act immediately.
