Microcall Room Module

Wired

The MICROCALL room module collects typical room alarms in healthcare environments—coming from any type of contact—and manages local signaling.

The Microcall room module collects the typical alarms of a room—usually in healthcare environments—detected from any type of contact (e.g., bedside headboard keypads, buttons, bathroom pull cords) and sends them to the Informo IP system so that the alert can be delivered on the move. At the same time, it activates its outputs to provide immediate local visualization of the alert by turning on the room’s outside-the-door lamp and the in-room reassurance indicator light.
This flexibility allows the module to be used with standard electromechanical devices and/or to reuse what is already installed in the room.
It is, in effect, a system for managing nurse and healthcare assistant (OSS) call services within healthcare facilities, helping reduce installation costs.
Its compact size allows installation inside a standard flush-mounted box (e.g., 503), taking up roughly the space of one module.
Different signaling states are available (alarm, presence, panic, reset), activated through standard buttons connected to the alarm inputs.
2 outputs to be connected to an outside-the-door lamp, local indicator light, buzzer, etc.
3 alarm inputs to be connected to bedside headboard keypads, bathroom pull cords, etc.
1 alarm silencing input to be connected to the operator’s dedicated button
